Emery Roll Machine (Pulses Spiltter)
APPLICATION:
The Pulse Breaker is an ideal machine for processing of various types of Pulses like (Black Gram)Urad Dall, (Pigeon Peas) Toor Dall, (Green Gram)Moong Dall,(Gram) Chana Dall, (Lentil ) masur dall, Chick Peas etc. and also useful for removing husk or peeling from all seed.
SALIENT FEATURES
The machine body is made out of Teak Steel and can be assembled either on a MS Stand or on a constructed concrete / brick platform according to the requirement of the buyer.150MM Taper fit.
Emery Rollers are used to husk removeing, peeling broken, split all the Pulses and seed. Husk comes through the screen at the bottom and Pulses comes out from the side. Those taper emery rollers are assembled on a shaft with ball bearing at the end of it along with block and bush. Roller Bearings also can be used in place of ball bearings
